The baby’s here, now what? Share your thoughts about one thing that surprised you about bringing the bundle home.
I think the thing that surprised me the most the first time around was the short-term incontinence (fun fun!) and how HUGE my breasts got when my milk came in! Definitely do not buy your nursing bras until your milk comes in if you ever want them to fit.
Does anybody know some good tipps about diet?
Need some weight loss you know 🙂
Usually postpartum weight loss follows the 9 months on, 9 months off rule. Breastfeeding can burn 300-500 calories per day so if you’re still doing that, great! Also, I know this amazing Rolfing instructor who can make you look slimmer instantly just by putting the body in alignment. I work with her at Belly Bliss (www.bellybliss.org). As far as diet, eating in balance is usually the way to go. Good luck!
